As part of our ongoing commitment to customer service, we are pleased to introduce Grievance Redress Day at our branches.
The 20th of every month will be observed as Grievance Redress Day across all Deutsche Bank branches in India. On this day, customers can walk into their nearest Deutsche Bank branch without a prior appointment and speak directly with the Area Manager or Branch Operations Head and Service Manager to have any grievance addressed.
If the 20th falls on a holiday*, the next working day will be observed as Grievance Redress Day.

* Holidays include all Sundays, second and fourth Saturdays and declared bank holidays as notified by Government authorities.
